    I had to pay more money for the item because the seller used priority packaging under the unmarked bag. I didn't refuse the item because I wanted my item. I explained to the seller what happened and even provided photos of the box with the upcharge. I provided the seller ample opportunity to just respond to the proof after the seller did not understand how they charged me. Since I did not receive anresponse, something that could have been handled in house behind closed doors now is public.
