    Batteries advertised as Bryan new in a sealed packaging however I have received the batteries without packaging. I don't know if there are genuine Panasonic batteries, I don't know if they were used or not. Raise the issue with the seller and and it took him three working days to reply with very generic automated email. I am not impressed with customer service, even when it was a very low value purchase
