    Bitter Tears cd by Johnny Cash

    I have the old vinyl record of Johnny Cash's Bitter Tears and when I saw the cd, I just had to have it. This is probably one of the best albums ever recorded and the history and truth behind each song is amazing. I have played the vinyl one for many people over the years and each one just stops talking and listens. I am so pleased to have it on cd and will never tire of hearing his stories about the Indians and their trials and tribulations. I remember Kinzua dam! Do you? Thanks to Johnny Cash for memorializing them. If you do not have this cd, I highly recommend it. It might even bring a tear to your eye.

    Great Man With Important Songs

    I listened to this on an LP when I was a teen. The songs are beautiful and haunting. It is also the most accurate depiction of the way the American Indian was and still is treated. I am middle-aged now and just found out that I am 1/4 blood Chickasaw on my maternal side and less on my father's side. Maybe that is why the songs meant so much to me. Johnny Cash at his best. Heartfelt. Daring for the time it was made. Johnny Cash tackled a subject most Americans would rather forget. Listen to this and you will never forget again.

    I'm Old School

    Hi EBAY, I Have been waiting for this one to show up on ebay. As You know already, Johnny is one of America's Most Foremost Song Writer. You will also notice that a lot of My Purchases are of the Old School Groups. I'm a Baby Boomer from the mid 40's.
