Maxxis is Good, WTB is Better for the price
I've had WTB trail boss tires before and they continue to blow me away with the quality durability. I use them on a Trek Marlin which I do alot of Rocky, Roots single-track and they stick like crazy. I very often take my Marlin over terrain that pushes it limits, but the Trail Boss still sticks and keeps coming back for more. And Just FYI, the tire works amazingly well in the rain on pavement due to the great siping.
