    The "title" says it all! it's a map for life.

    I am a C.A.D.C.(certified alcohol and drug counselor) working in the field of addiction psychology. I also do family/individual/life coaching. This book is by far one the greatest of all time and my hat's off to Dr. Phil for being spot on with all he has written. Everything he says about people, their motives, trusting others and the intricacies of relationships is all true. I highly recommend this book to everyone, if not to change your own life, but just to get a better understanding of how people truly are and to protect yourself from being hurt or taken advantage of. Like I always say: If you're standing on the tracks and see the train coming you better get off quick. problem is; most people are standing on the tracks but don't see the train!
