That was false statement. The fact was that we sent the correct nappies. Here is original the message the buyer sent us following the order, in which it mentioned that they "have ordered them now. Could you please confirm that they are toddler-size nappies? Order number: 01-11452-53866." --- It is essential that they actually understand that the item they ordered was toddler-size nappies, not nappy pants. Also the listing picture was clearly shown that was nappies NOT nappy pants.
