Shipment is always excellent and getting your package there that's why I love shopping at eBay but the hair straightening brush it's okay it's just not as hot as I thought it could get it only can get up to 190° but on some Afro-American hair that is real thick it needs to be a little bit hotter because it don't get it as straight if it was a little bit hotter it would be a good item and then it doesn't work well on like 4 in hair short hair cuz it doesn't get all the way up there

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new.
