Pants had no access to front pockets, Thinking they were defective I contacted Seller and returned them at my expense ($11.60), taking my investment to $48, and asked to be reimbursed. Seller says that upon return, she opened the pockets, which were sewn shut, and would not issue a refund as I had not returned the tags. The pants were posted as NWT, but on closer inspection of the photos one can see an "irregular" stamp ( sewn pockets?). Seller offered to return the pants C.O.D. REALLY?!*

Buyer asked to return pants because they had no front pockets. Seller allowed return and was going to issue a refund until seller saw that pants had front pockets but they were sewn close. Seller opened pockets, took picture to show buyer that pants had front pockets. Buyer decided that he did not want the pant even with the pockets opened. Original reason for returning the pants was because they had no front pockets. Pants were returned used and without the attached tags.
