    I tried to cancel my order and the company insisted it was impossible and that I would need to receive the item and then return it. This is in writing. The lens I received was optically corrupt and not usable for laser eye surgery. I contacted this company 3 times through the EBAY message system and asked them kindly 3 times exactly how to return the lens for a full refund. I also told them that if they did not respond to my messages that I would have to leave them negative feed back.
