They sold me a broke, out of warranty copier! I've have never had this issue with ANY product or service purchased on eBay before! I contacted customer support and requested a return label and FULL refund to include shipping! I do not care to do business with this seller anymore. There is nothing they can do to make it right other than give me a full refund and then send me a return shipping label within three days.
