I ordered a tool and when the envelope arrived it had a hole in the bottom corner. The seller probably failed to use some bubble wrap to prevent this. I took a picture of the envelope an sent a message to seller and I even said not asking for a refund because in my mind it was only a few dollars. I was expecting a reply like oh I’m sorry this happened but I got no response back which was more annoying than the lost tool. I would never recommend this seller based on my experience.
