Only issue is with getting a good measurement of the amount there is 5000 milligrams in a tea spoon so it’s difficult to measure out 1 250 milligrams serving. But I used the tip of a plastic tea spoon to measure the amount and I’m probably pretty close to 1 to 2 servings that way so I can make that work.

Please be carefull with this product. Its very easy to overdose - I thought I took little but took far too much. Yes it can increase your sexual powers but as I said : easy to overdose - I think it can kill someone if taken in excess. My Pulse went up from about 50 to 120, within few minutes, sweating, dizziness - just thinking about the effect now gives me chilles. I threw it away the next day. Buy the capsules rather or a product that contains "tribulus Terrestris extrac" - its very good!
