This Speak & Spell is great, but communication is a bust, sadly. I sent the seller a wonderful thank you message, & once again, another seller ignores me. I don't know what it is about sellers lately thinking it's OK to have ZERO communication these days. I still feel COMMUNICATION IS KEY! A simple, "You're Welcome," would have been nice. As to the Speak & Spell, it works great, but I am concerned about replacing the batteries which stick inside the unit. Otherwise, it's awesome.
