    I ordered this book for my mom. She was not impressed with book felt it was a older book. I ordered reversing diabetes for her as well. She loved reversing diabetes it contained a lot of new up to date info. Unfortunately this book fell short. If your new to nutrition and have not taken a nutrition class this book is worth a look. Moms nutritionist advised her to check out this book. But with being a LMT you develop more nutrition tips from the course, that makes this book a joke. Food inc, fat sick and nearly dead are great documentary on health.

    I really have enjoyed reading this book. It is easy to read and to understand. The contents are easy to follow and the idea behind this book is really just using common sense. The food choices are easy to find and fix. I got the book on the advice from my Doctor.
