A little practice and my leather desk looks great...
A bit of patience, a little practice, and the leather notches were recolored and made virtually invisible on the top of my dark brown leather desk.

Effective but challenging
Did not appreciate the challenge in "mixing" colors to obtain the desired effect. Basic instructions describe the general colors to mix for color. For example "Chestnut" (but no color to see) start with yellow and add red, black and white. Very challenging to add 1-2 drops in mixing. Found on net some good mixing sites that you can add drops and formulate ratios of the colors by observing the change in hue.
