These headers are direct fit and fit great on my 08 Chevy 2500 HD 6.0. I was a little worried about how they would fit around the dipstick tube on the passagers side and how the spark plug boots would fit around the tubes, Not only did they clear they amost have the room of factory manifolds in there and after the job was said and done noticed a small increase in power and fuel economy all in all a great product the only thing in would change would be the faseners uses to hold the header to the block the heads of the bolts are small but other than that the quality is thereThese headers are direct fit and fit great on my 08 Chevy 2500 HD 6.0.
