I was seeking a replacement to a similar sized and featured device and this Toshiba fitted the bill and in some ways exceeded expectations. The description by the seller was accurate, well priced and was delivered quickly. I recommend this seller.

The laptop was listed as Refurbished - Very Good condition but the one received was in extremely poor condition, Grade C at best. The screen had white spots, the laptop made loud rattling sound, multiple dents and scratches and very dirty. This seller previously had a good reputation but it seems they are now cutting corners and not even inspecting एंड testing the item before sending it to customers. The seller accepted the return and refunded but it it was a negative experience overall.
