The package went missing during transit via USPS. I'm not happy with the lack of customer service. I asked the seller to contact USPS to track down the missing package. I've done this for my own customers. Two days later, the seller replied that there was nothing he could do from his end and for me to contact the local post office. Fortunately, the locks were delivered 4 days later than the expected delivery date and were as described. Don't expect much help if you have issues with your order.
