I received the merchandise (Thule load bars) promptly and just as described. Unfortunately, I had to return them because the load bars were to short for my application (my fault). The mistake ended up costing me the shipping charges twice which was almost as much as the load bars. Colin was very responsive and attempted to find me the longer load bars unsuccessfully. The lesson here is to make sure you know what you are ordering is what you need because shipping costs two ways is outrageous.
