i ordered the beautiful natural bamboo tray, but I received one that is painted entirely black and is far less appealing. I did not receive the product that I paid for. Unfortunately, packing and shipping it back to China for an exchange is not a realistic option due to high cost and hassle of international shipping. I feel I was not served well on this order.
