Seller sent product with a different expiration date than what was noted in listing. I received makeup that expired in 2022. When I reached out to the seller they were rude and very defensive. I didn’t even bother returning the 2 years expired item because I didn’t want any additional dealings with them. Never said sorry I sent wrong item; just chose to be rude from the start.

eBay has a great return policy, you refuse to return the item, so no correction could be made, so I couldn’t fix anything if I wanted too. I advised you how we do you need it to mark the item as “not as described” and complete the return policy. If you wanted to do that then we could have proceeded but you refused and I couldnt help you anymore.

The seller asked me to revise my rating since they lied on listing I recently purchased a product advertised as in photo that has 2 bottles, but I only received one. The response from the seller was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to insult me. Calling me stupid saying I can’t read and want me to change my rating, as I will not be doing. Don’t buy from this seller they are false advertising. NOT A TRUST WORTHY SELLER.

Please pay attention to check out, I do not make separate listings for duplicate items I just put the quantity inside my listings and go accordingly. If you only have one quantity select it when checkout then you only receiving one item. If you wanted to make the quantity zero then you could have received 2 items. No need for trust you get what’s in the photos.
