    Short on time... Here's the Solution!

    I LOVE THIS DVD! No Bob, Jillian, or Kim, but still OK. Yes, they are amatures, but they did it and we can too! As a mother of 2 small children these 10 minute workouts are PERFECT to sneak in at any time of the day! It also has a GREAT workout plan so that your workout routine changes everyday starting with 10 minute workouts for week 1, and works you up to 40 minutes by week 4!! WELL WORTH THE MONEY! You will need a weighted ball (or small weights), mat (for hard surfaces), and/or bands. I had them all, but would be good to have when the video comes.

    Great buy!

    I have tried it now my second time, and its pretty good so far. Its not hard to follow. I have afew disadvantages due to a wreck but I was able to modify some of the workout. Keep moving is the key. Some days will be great days and some not. This is a great product!

    The Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start DVD

    I really like how they show all ways that you can do the exercises from easy, moderate to challenging. 10 minutes went surprisingly fast and really felt like a good work out. Very satisfied w/ my purchase.

    BL Workout

    It is a very great workout and is easy to do! only thing is you need an exercise ball and weights. i did not know this until i began the work out. other than that it is great and i enjoy doing it daily! quick and easy.
