Camera arrived damaged, packaging was basic with no padding at all. Raised issue with seller, I got blamed for damaging the camera, but they promised to send a new one out. Nothing was sent, and seller no longer replying to me.

This camera was inspected before it was dispatched as the dated inspection sticker on the box advised, no issues were found.
The buyer sent photos with significant damaged to the camera that wouldn't have gone unnoticed.
When i requested a picture of the box from the seller it was not damaged indicating that the parcel wasn't damaged in transit.
