I'm giving a positive feedback despite the item being very lackluster at best. I received it so, that's it & the seller did good turnover time. The remote is absolutely awful. This thing is awkward to use & no way to see the choice of intensity. The battery was dead & not fitted which means batteries had to be bought. I bought it as a gift of need. It seems to be more of a "toy" & not a good choice for a therapeutic device as thought. You definitely get what you pay for.
