    Green Chile Bible

    A great source for cooking with New Mexico or (even better) Colorado green chile. The first recipe for basic green Chile is worth the purchase of this book.

    Nice basic book with good chile information.

    Nice little cookbook with good information about chiles and some decent recipes. Cooks with all levels of expertise will be able to get some good information from this book. I would buy this book again.
