They used 6 pieces of newspaper to pack a plastic and metal evaporator box. They stopped responding after I brought up getting a partial refund or just completely returning the broken item. I have attached photos of the poor packaging and the damaged item. Just completely unacceptable and disappointing. I would only trust the seller to ship me a metal engine part, and nothing plastic or breakable.
