    No instructions were included. The sticker on the box said in broken English "If you can not use, please contact us at the first time, we will properly solve for you. Your five star praise is our driving force." I messaged them as the sticker suggested, but I never heard back. Regardless, I found out how to use it, and then I put it in the trash afterward because using it once rendered it useless since it's made from the cheapest metal available. Poor quality, single use only.

      1999 Chevy 1500. Puller worked perfectly for removal and installation.
