I got Voltage Reducer but it had crack on the cable. He gave me choice that return it or $10 refund. Instead, I ordered another one with $10 off discount. It works fine, but I'll buy a cable and change it later. I like it. Thank you!

Item shipped in perfect condition. Buyer contacts me and states that the power cord has a crack in it. I offer to refund or replace the unit. Buyer states he will keep the unit and to give him a discount on another unit and that he will fix the cord. Buyer is happy with both purchases. I did everything possible to fully please the buyer, including answering numerous questions he had regarding the grounding of the unit. Don't know why he felt it necessary to NOT give a positive feedback rating?
