    OEM Sram Part

    Based on my experience, I prefer to purchase OEM parts. The Sram cassete is exactly the same part that my bike was equipped from the factory.

    Total failure

    Totally new 1x bike build with all new components. The group set will never dial in to use all gears effectively. It will either be good from 1-10 gear and skip in 11th gear or good in 2-11 gear and not shift into 1st.

    budget performance, low maintenance, no xd freehub=do it.

    i built a custom titanium 29er frame with a 1x11 spd set up with this gear stack, sram gx hollow cranks, gx derailleur, gx shifter and chain. NOTE: to those building a 29er with this cassette and the largest sram ring up front, 38t, it's my experience you need a chain with at least 116 links. i used that size and did not have to remove any links. fantastic budget performance, enough gears for all but the most extreme climbs. simplicity of set up, one shifter, one derailleur(gx derailleurs have the cage lock which is brilliant for wheel removal) that means low maintenance, yes. and remember this stack needeth not the xd freehub body, so that problem is an issue no mo. finally, i think 'total failure' needs to look in the mirror. it's obvious his set-up is suffering from some operator error. ...

    11 speed cassette for non-SRAM xd hub

    I bought road wheels for my bike that didn't have an XD driver on the rear hub. This solved it. The price was the best I found and the turnaround time was excellent.

    Do not buy

    The largest three cigs of the cassette are pinned but all other 8 are individuals and have a cheap plastic spacer. Despite this the cassette works OK but it won’t take long before the splines on the driver are worn and it fails. I’ll be swapping out the driver for an XD and ditching this.
