Should have been wrapped in more than one layer of bubble wrap in the box, which had some empty space for the item to be able to get knocked back & forth a bit, but the box apparently wasn’t handled too roughly, as the French press appears to be in good shape. I had a wonderful conversation and experience with this seller. I asked them to be doubly sure to protect these pods from heavy handling so they would not get broken. I was pleasantly surprised when all 96 of them arrived perfectly; not one was broken. This was a wonderful offer as with the economy in such bad shape, most retailers are raising their prices just to stay even with the cost of their wares. I told them this was my favorite coffee and they must start their day with a caffein boost!
