I had to go back to read the ad, only to find that it was plastic, but it wasn't very clear. I reached out to the seller who finally offered a partial refund, which I accepted, mainly because I hadn't fully read the ad. But it should've been made clearer, as other sellers are selling the same product, but their ads make it very clear what the item is made of. In the end, the seller was helpful and understanding.

Messaged supplier and after a bit of to and fro and photos they agreed to send another seat FOC, which duly arrived. Both seats now great. Not OEM but close - great quality and fit. Obviously compared to OEM great value. Fits as it should. Cannot thank this supplier enough to sort original problem. Always communicated well and offered great customer service.
