    Durable. Maybe too durable.

    I'd bet the reason Bosch discontinued this line is because they last too long. I have over 100,000 miles and nearly 20 years on one set in our 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback. The car still starts and runs well, and its mileage is as good as ever. Same story with our '97 Outback, 14 years and about 70,000 miles. No sign that the plugs need changing in either vehicle. I bought these for when (if?) the existing ones ever need replacing.

    Great Spark Plug - not available LOCALLY in AutoParts STORES

    the BOSCH Platinum+4 is one of the GREATEST Spark Plugs ever made - They do NOT require "INDEXING" and are perfectly aligned in any position INSTALLED (RACERS will understand what I'm referring to) These plugs are very L O N G Lasting and Durable IF (if) they are available for YOUR Vehicle = USE Them !

    GREAT SPARK PLUGS

    Got better acceleration and smoother running with these plugs. Old standard plugs had about 30K on them and were not too worn, so I attribute the improvements to the platinum, 4 prong design.
