    The item arrived on time, as described. It shipped the same day, just as promised. A minor note: Tracking wasn't provided until the day of delivery! That left me thinking it hadn't shipped. Overall, this was truly a 5-star experience for the product quality and shipping speed. But probably a 3 star for communication.

    Excellent product

    All DW stuff is great, but the 300 series is my favorite. Its right in the sweet spot between quality and price. Some of their HIGH end stuff is so expensive and its not that much better than this. I use all 3000 gear and its perfect.

    Solid and compact

    This piece of equipment is well designed. I will say that no effort went to making it lightweight, but we're not talking bicycle racing here. You won't want for a better piece of equipment if you purchase this one. It's perfect.

    The best stuff

    Bought this stand because I over tightened my last one and broke it at a gig. This stand adjusts very smoothly and easily compared to my old Pearl stand. DW is the best stuff, and I appreciate anything that makes set up easier. Thank you.
