This was advertised as new, however, when I received the package, the charging cord was not in the box. Also - it was sent as Media mail which it did not qualify for that. I had to pay an additional 4.88 to the USPS to get the package. When asking the seller about both items they indicated the fact that the charging cord was not in there was why they reduced the price, but it did not indicate that on the seller details and they just said 'Sorry' about the additional postage.

Shipment was late and poles did not come with straps, as shown in auction photo. Seller did not state that straps were not included. Straps cost an additional $40 plus shipping if ordered separately. I messaged the seller and they admitted their mistake, yet were unwilling to make any adjustments. I feel that this was false advertising and they should have at least offered me compensation to help out with the cost of replacement straps.
