  • A Must read of a good honest autobiography -Tom Landry great man and coach and Christian

love Tom Landry - my husband- Tom was his hero. What a wonderful coach and also Christian gentleman. And influenced his team all throughout the years with good advice and lived a great life and was a good example in front of each of them daily. My husband and I lived in the Ft. Worth Dallas area for several years and enjoyed the team and the love of the Dallas Cowboys-- always the best !! in our book. Autobiography - enlightening, interesting and great insight into the always original Tom Landry --- Martha and George Smith -

  • The real man under the hat

This autobiography tells the true story of the man under the hat and is an inspiration to all who read it. I had the pleasure of meeting the Coach in person and it will always be one of the most memorable moments of my life. I'm so glad he decided to share his life with us in this book. They say the reason why the roof of the old/new Cowboys stadiums has a "hole" in it is so that God can look down and watch his Cowboys play. Well, next to God I'm sure Coach Landry is there watching too.
