    Truth Be Told

    A great book regarding the status of American public education, at all levels. Written 75 years ago. The brainwashing and dumbing down has been going on a long time.

    One of the best apologetic books ever!

    I bought this book to share with one of my non-Christian friends who is incredibly intellectual. C.S. Lewis does a masterful job (one of his best, I believe) at defending his belief in absolutes - that such old-fashioned concepts as "right" and "wrong" do exist, that moral relativism is ultimately impossible to maintain in practice - in beautiful, elegant language that is free of overly "religious" clutter. If you liked Mere Christianity, this book is a must-read.

    A must read for any contemplative Christian, skeptic or even non-Christian who is concerned about education. One of my favorites of CS Lewis, a man surely ahead of his time.

    What he saw about today in 1930's

    It is a book which one has to read and reread. If you read his book "That Hideous Strength" it helps open this book so one can see the serious dangers of today's educational system.
