    the book it is not the best to learn about Portuguese cooking.

    Portuguese food it is one of the greatest from Europe, their way to cook is over 2, 000 years old, very healthy, but this book is just a speculation to make money; nice pictures and a few recipes of no value. SORRY! If somebody will go to Portugal to enjoy their food will give you the same opinion.
