    Very insightful

    I read this book when it first came out 1977. I bought it again to refresh myself. some of the concepts of why systems behave like they do, are a little abstract and somewhat difficult initially grasp. The concepts stick in your my and provide understanding of why so many things that seems simple and easy are screwed up. It is a little bit like the Peter principle as far as being blatantly obvious once you understand the concepts. I highly recommend this to anybody involved in management and/or the creation of any kind of system.
