Item was as described. Shipping was excellent- product packed perfectly in case package was mishandled by shipping company. Handling cost was through the roof. That is my only complaint and one I can live with. Would I purchase from this seller again? Yes, without doubt. I simply want other buyers to be aware of this seller's handling fees. They have reasonable prices and ship extremely well. 4 stars for communication as I mentioned a few things that were not addressed- room for improvement.

Unit was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I have test-operated it (it is to be a backup for another one that I have) and all is fine. The seller's packaging is extremely professional -- the item was very well protected. Five stars for packaging! My only "complaint" is that the seller insists on using UPS which costs nearly twice as much as USPS flat rate box (and UPS is less safe then USPS to my PO box). However, if I needed another one, I would buy from this seller again.

    I'm loving my refurbished Dell Optiplex 960

    The stats tell the story - fast Core2Duo processor, 8GB RAM and then a substantial hard drive of 750GB. There was a fresh Win 7 Pro installed with license number and CD included. This particular desktop came equipped with an extra bay that had two video cable connectors to accommodate two monitors, and the strong NVIDIA Quadro Fx 380. I previously had a Dell Dimension and was pleased with it, but it was old, tired, and had insufficient everything to be able to adequately run Office 2010 plus others. Dell has been a provider of quality workhorse desktops, and this one is power with room to grow. The Optiplex 960 has 4 usb connectors in the front and 6 in the back, and that is a big convenience for my two printers, a usb hub, keyboard, with space left in the back. Yes, I could have ...

    Optiplex 960

    I now have 3 of these 960's. I use one as a development system and have two I use for various testing and other work. Very well built systems. Very quiet. Just replaced the HDD in my development system with a SSD. Nice.
