The dvds came quickly and were packaged very carefully to ensure its safety. I was actually intending to return the item after I got it because unfortunately one of the dvds does not work. I reached out to the seller and they offered to replace the dvd for me, then a partial refund and that I could keep the dvds for the inconvenience (instead of me pay expensive return shipping.) Despite the trouble with the items, the seller was extremely nice and helpful! Positive experience overall!

The DVD Set is exactly as described and works well on my DVD player. The English subtitles don’t translate words portrayed on the screen but the translation of the dialogue is excellent and complete. The seller has been quite pleasant. The DVD was well packaged in thick bubble wrap and a protective mailer. The seller shipped it right out and it arrived faster than I expected. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely do business with this seller again.
