It says "untested return" so you expect it to be a returned item thats in good condition. But when you receive the "untested return" item and it's poorly packaged and the headsets are busted up and it reeks of sweat... it's very misleading. Do a better job with your descriptions. Now I have to wait on ebay to possibly get a refund. A BROKEN HEAVILY USED ITEM DOESN'T COUNT AS A "UNTESTED RETURN".

The item is listed as open box, which would imply that it's still in like new condition. That unfortunately was not the case. The headphones I received were clearly used and had leather peeling on the inside of the headphones. One of the swivel locks was broken as well. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, they may not have known. I submitted item not as described. Returning was drawn out and frustrating, and Ebay had to step in. I'm sure other's had good experiences, but mine wasn't.
