    Perfect

    This is the perfect pocket-size book to walk around with while on the hospital floors. I have a Palm device, and yet I still chose to get an actual hard-copy of the book in the event that I have any problems accessing my Palm. This book gives you accurate information about the latest antimicrobial drugs to treat diseases, in chart format. The best feature that I like about this book, and which I was informed about by another doctor, is the ability to look up in the index the bacterial disease and find the drug that treats it, or vice-versa. For example, if you're wondering about what drugs to treat tonsillitis, then you can look in the index, find tonsillitis, go to the corresponding page and look at the chart. The chart lists the disease, etiology, primary drug of choice, ...

    The Sanford Guide is THE Guide

    I have been buying the Sanford Guide since 1997. Since everyday medicine needs constant learning, I decided to buy this brand new edition, which includes an extensive and detailed overview of the main infections affecting humans and the newest primary therapies. This edition has added further useful comments and up-to-date information on infectology, thus allowing fast reading and comprehension and decision making in spite of the number of abbreviations. Perhaps my only complaint should be the size of the typography used, but for sure, that much information could not be included on this type of pocket editions.

    A must for all NP/PA's

    This is a must for your lab coat. I've been using Sanford for over 10yrs. For all you military med types, throw it in your "ruck-sac". I have the hard copy version and the PDA for my Tungsten E.
