    Received in an acceptable time. It was not in an original RE box as I anticipated and was pictured in the offering ad. It was just bubble wrapped and in a generic box so was received with a few blemishes which will affect the appearance but not the function. It makes me think it might have been a returned item, but not for sure about that. Makes no sense for a new item to be reboxed. I hope it is OEM equipment. Price was good so going to keep the item.

    Excellent rack - Genuine Royal Enfield product that is rock solid. I ordered it from the U.S. and it arrived in less than a week - incredible! It takes some patience on the fitment to the pillion. I suggest removing the pillion hardware along with the pillion cushion from the bike and do it on a bench. Don't forget to use a towel to cover your fender when removing the pillion seat assembly. It's not difficult but it is a substantial piece of heavy framework.

    Good product

    It’s good quality product the only reason I deducted a star. Is because the paint on the underside of the tubes were really ruff and didn’t seem to be as think of a coverage of paint. Not bad enough to return product but noticeable.
