We had a huge hiccup as seller sent wrong dress. That along with high shipping price (higher than all other sellers for same item) was quite upsetting. However, they had me keep incorrect item and sent out the purchased one so it wasn't a scam, just a mistake. Quick communication and didn't argue situation and owned up to miatake. Item as described with no tears, stains or odors. Priced well. Hiccup aside, all good.
