The guitar had multiple problems and is only good to hang on a wall. The seller accepted it back and facilitated a refund, but it took almost a whole month to be reimbursed, possibly because of the holiday. When I informed the seller that the guitar was not mint he did not argue and he did cooperate. eBay misrepresented the refund timing-it took longer.Mint !
