Included as well are such modern masters as Algernon Blackwood ("Ancient Sorceries"), Walter de la Mare ("Out of the Deep"), E.M. Forster ("The Celestial Omnibus"), Isak Dinesen ("The Sailor-Boys Tale"), H.P. Lovecraft ("The Dunwich Horror"), Dorothy L. Sayers ("Suspicion"), and Ernest Hemingway ("The Killers").     Well worth it

    Having developed an interest in these kinds of stories, I found this collection to be very entertaining and selective. The book itself came as promised and in excellent condition. Enjoy from ordering all the way through reading. I find short story anthologies like this one to be a very helpful and exciting way to discover authors that I either hadn’t heard of or hadn’t realized that they wrote short stories as well as novels.
