WOW… just can’t decide which was better: the PERFECT CONDITION BROCHURE or, the PHENOMENAL PACKAGING !? The brochure was advertised as “good used condition” and it was soooo much more; looks like it just came from the showroom ! Ernie is a PRO with packaging: hardboard outer envelope with prominent “DO NOT BEND” labels front & back; the brochure itself was in a custom fit plastic bag ! He even included a personal “Thank You” note ! Communication was great, arrived on time… just delighted 😃

I was in contact with local postmaster who was tracking package and discovered it had been stuck in processing in Chicago for 14 days

Your item was delivered today you could have tracked its progress on usps.com every day information was there.not sure how? usps didn't respond in inquires ..Shipping time was about average for first class parcel .usps is not amazon prime ..buyer has 0 feedback an has unrealistic expectations as a new customer on ebay..we would have been more then happy to help if we had been contacted.. hope you treat the nest seller better and not leave premature untrue negative feedback
