The power supply quit on my DVR. The cable company would not send me just the power supply, but a complete new DVR (I'd then lose all my recordings). Did a search and found the exact PS I needed. Seller confirmed what was pictured was indeed the part I would be receiving (had issues before with other vendors on not getting the pictured part).
