Item was excellent but seller is unreasonable. My hat was shipped in an envelope and arrived with a crease in it due to it being smashed in transit. When I asked the seller if he had another to replace it if I returned the one that was creased he said yes but was completely unwilling to ship in a box.

Not sure what to make of this. Buyer was offered to return the item, damaged during shipment. He DECLINED. I’ve shipped over 100 of these items and this is the only complaint. As shown in my other feedback.
