Seller accused me & UPS of damaging, but UPS damaged it, and the shipper didn’t package it properly inside or outside the box.
UPS kept the package on their truck for several days before actual delivery. Too thin of a cardboard was used, not enough packing. Seller accused me a second time of more damage after I sent it back in the same boxes. The damage was done before shipping.

I was in dire need of this headlight and it was quite the ordeal even even after receiving it, but not at the fault of the seller. In fact, any issues I had were immediately addressed, with prompt responses and other extremely helpful assistance. Their patience and understanding was one less thing I needed to worry about and they gave me all the time I needed to finally finish my project. I may not have been the easiest buyer but they made me feel zero pressure and helped tremendously in the end
